Refund policy

At The Banned Book Shop, we want you to love your books. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

📕 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at [email protected] and include:

  • Your order number

 

We will provide a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

📘 Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong book or edition, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item or issue a full refund.

📗 Change of Mind

As all books are printed and shipped on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

💳 Refunds

Once a return or issue is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
